Addisuna Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the phone number provided at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Addisuna is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to offer it in the future.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to [INSERT, e.g. 24-48 hours] for tracking information to update once you receive this email.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Addisuna is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Once a package leaves our facility and is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you have questions or issues regarding your shipment, please contact us at coffee@addisuna.com and we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Addisuna is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at coffee@addisuna.com so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
