What Is Specialty Coffee?
-
Speciality Coffee
The highest tier designated by the grading quality scale, which measures aroma, taste, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, cleanliness, sweetness, uniformity, and overall excellence.
-
Home Brewing
Optimal flavor is usually found between one to three months after opening. A 10-oz bag contains enough whole bean coffee to brew 20 to 22 cups, depending on your preferred strength.
-
Guranteed Freshness
Our bags contain a one-way degassing valve to preserve a purer aroma and flavor. We recommend storing our beans in a cool, dry place, where they can remain fresh for six months up to a year.
