Returns and Refunds
At Addisuna, every bag of coffee is roasted with care and connected to something bigger than the cup. Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags.
That said, your experience matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your coffee, feel free to reach out. While we cannot accept returns on opened products, we want every customer to feel confident ordering from Addisuna and we will do our best to help.
